Desmond Reynolds
Director
Desmond has over 15 years experience in the private client area with particular expertise in the areas of pensions advice and investment policy. Prior to joining Rose Private, Desmond worked in a range of financial services companies, specialising in pension trusteeship and client consultancy. Desmond is an Irish Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA), a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA), a Retirement Planning Advisor (RPA) and also holds a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from UCD.
Susan Keyes
Director
Susan has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Rose Private, Susan worked for a large multinational insurance company in a number of roles ranging from Pension Services to Broker Consultant. More recently Susan has worked in the Private Client/Wealth Management area with particular focus on Client Services and Compliance. Susan holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Dublin City University, is a Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) and also a Licentiate of Compliance Institute (LCI). Susan has recently successfully completed a Diploma in Risk Management, Internal Audit & Compliance.
Clive Reynolds
Managing Director
Clive has over 25 years experience in the private client area with extensive focus on providing advice on pensions, investment policy and estate and financial planning solutions to individuals and companies. Prior to founding Rose Private, he held senior positions in a number of financial services related companies. Clive holds a Masters of Science in Financial Services from University College Dublin. Clive is an Irish Chartered Tax Advisor, a Member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners, a Fellow of the Life Assurance Association and a Certified Financial Planner CFP®. Clive is co-author of the Irish Taxation Institute book “Pensions Revenue Law and Practice”.
Pamela McCormack
Senior Compliance & Risk Executive
Pamela has over 11 years experience in the Insurance Industry. Prior to joining Rose Private, Pamela worked for a large multinational insurance company in a number of roles ranging from new business to underwriting, becoming a senior underwriter within the company. Pamela is a Licentiate of Compliance Institute (LCI).
Ross Byrne
Consultant
Ross is a consultant with Rose Private. Ross holds a 1st Class Honours Degree in Business and Management from Technological University Dublin. Ross is an Irish Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA), Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) and is currently undertaking a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning.
Ian Fox
Consultant
Ian has over 11 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry. Prior to joining Rose Private, Ian worked for a pension trustee company in a number of pension roles including New Business Team Administrator & Retirements Team Manager. Ian is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA), a Retirement Planning Advisor (RPA) and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning.
Sheila Dunbar
Operations Manager
Sheila has over 10 years experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Rose Private, Sheila worked for a large multinational insurance company in the role of Sales Support & went on to become a Broker Consultant within the company. Sheila is a Fellow of the Life Insurance Association of Ireland (FLIA) and a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA).
Jenny Butler
Office Administrator
Jenny joined Rose Private in 2022 bringing with her a background in Business and Marketing and over 10 years’ experience in Financial Services. Jenny worked as a Private Client Advisor for a Major Wealth Management company and during this time worked also as a Personal Assistant for the Director of Risk and Marketing. Prior to this Jenny worked in the Retail & Treasury division of a large Pillar Bank where she gained deep and expansive knowledge in Retail Banking. Most recently Jenny worked for a recruitment training business where she managed over ten trainers. Jenny holds a BA Honours in Business & Marketing and is currently in the final stages of completing her QFA designation.
Aideen Reynolds
Research Analyst
Aideen has over 20 years experience in the private client area. Prior to joining Rose Private, Aideen was an estate agent with one of Dublin’s leading estate agents and a property analyst for a pension trustee company. Aideen holds a Bachelor in Business Studies from Dublin City University and a BSC in Property Services from Bolton Street.
Oisin McMahon
Associate
Oisin is an Associate with Rose Private. Oisin graduated from the University of Limerick with an International Business degree. Oisin is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) qualification and has commenced the Irish AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) Programme.
Leah Kennedy
Office Administrator
Leah joined Rose Private in 2024 bringing with her a background in Property Negotiation, Advertising as well as Public Sector work. She has a BA Hons in Arts from Trinity College Dublin, along with an MSc in Advertising from D.I.T and a H Dip. She has worked as a Property Negotiator for a number of Dublin based property firms, a junior Creative Director for a large multinational advertising agency and most recently in the Education sector.
Clodagh Mulcahy
Financial Controller
Clodagh has over 20 years experience in the banking and financial services industry both in Dublin and London. She is qualified accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants since 2001and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin since 1996. Prior to joining Rose Private, Clodagh has worked for numerous multinational banks and companies, where she worked in various finance and treasury roles. Clodagh's previous finance roles included multi-faceted dimensions of project management, financial reporting, and treasury management
